6-week notice is hereby given of the AGM for the NZ Canyoning Association for the 2023/24 club year.

The AGM will be a short virtual Google Meeting in the evening (details to come)

The main purpose of the e-AGM is for the members to approve the financial reports for the year.

This will fulfil the club’s obligations under NZ law and our club rules to remain an incorporated society. It also allows us to operate a bank account that we can use to run club activities.
